Education 50/50 fund
Part-time associates who work a minimum of 16 hours a week will have the opportunity to receive up to 50% of qualifying expenditures matched by Beauty Brands up to a calendar year maximum of $250.Qualifying Expenses are defined as:
- Show/Class fees, Airfare/Car mileage or Hotel for a class that is considered job related by the associates supervisor.
- Salon Professional related schools may be considered eligible expenses.
- Show / Classes must be pre-approved by the Training/Education Manager.
- Pre- approval request form must be submitted prior to the show/class. (NOTE: College tuition is not eligible for reimbursement under this program)
- Training / Education department will provide a list of acceptable shows / classes
