Salon Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer the phone with the Beauty Brands greeting.
  • Schedule all appointments with 100% accuracy.
  • Ensure 100% resolution of customer concerns to the satisfaction of the customer and Beauty Brands.
  • Follow the Appointment Scheduling Guide.
  • Follow end-of-day procedures for closing the salon.
  • Confirm customer appointments following guidelines.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of salon and spa services, salon professional levels, and pricing.
  • Attend a required number of Education classes (as directed by manager).
  • Attend all required store meetings.


  • Proficiency utilizing a computer (including e-mail)
  • High level of administrative skills (phone and computer)
  • Demonstrated record of strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Two years service industry experience
  • Proven leadership experience
