A beauty brands gift card may be used online at beautybrands.com or at any of our beauty brands locations.

A beauty brands gift card may be purchased online in the following denominations — $10, $20, $25, $40, $50, $75, $100, $150 and $200. beauty brands gift cards are redeemable for merchandise and salon services at any beauty brands location or beautybrands.com and may not be redeemed for cash or additional gift cards. Gift cards can be used for non-present transactions at beautybrands.com. To purchase a beauty brands gift card online, you can use a credit or debit card. You cannot purchase a beauty brands gift card with another gift card. We will ship your gift card using standard USPS Mail or FedEx Standard Ground, or you can get expedited shipping by choosing FedEx 3-Day, FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Next Day. Please refer to our Shipping Costs and Delivery Schedule for more information.

Please note that gift cards are not considered merchandise and do not count toward the minimum purchase requirement for the beauty brands take 10® program. If you are having a problem using your gift card, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-640-2248.

To check your gift card balance, enter the 13 or 17 digit gift card number located on the back of your gift card in the upper right hand corner.

Lost Gift Card

If you do not have the gift card information, please call 1-877-640-2248. You will need to verify the purchaser and recipient information to retrieve your information. All cards that are purchased online or from a beauty brands location are already active and ready for use at any of our beauty brands locations or at beautybrands.com.

Product Availability and In-Stock Inventory

Please note that beauty brands locations may carry brands that are not available on beautybrands.com. The reason? Many manufacturers only guarantee that their professional salon products are genuine when sold by a professional hair salon or beauty supply store where professional salon services are offered. Step 1: Using the Shopping Bag
You can conveniently order through beautybrands.com.

  • To add items to your shopping bag, simply click "Add to Bag" for the item you wish to buy.
  • To remove an item, click "Remove" and click “Update” to see your new total.
  • To change the quantity of items, change the number in the box under the "Qty." column and click "Update."

Sign In

  • If you are a returning customer and have finished adding items to your shopping bag and want to check out, you will be prompted to sign in by providing your email address (login) and password. If you can't remember your password, CLICK HERE to reset your password.
  • If you are a new customer and have not shopped with us before, you will be required to register first by providing your email address (login) and password before completing the checkout process, or you can shop as a guest. At the end of the checkout process you will be asked to create a password. By creating an account, you will have an easier and faster checkout process on your future visits to our website and will also have access to your purchase history. In addition, creating an account automatically enrolls you in our take 10 rewards program where you begin earning rewards with every product purchase.

Step 2: Shipping Address
Make sure to provide precise city, state, and zip code information. Remember to spell out the city to which you are shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings and other typos can result in errors in this section. Your shipping address must be in the continental United States. beautybrands.com offers multiple FedEx delivery options. See our Shipping Costs and Delivery Schedule for details. You can add, edit or delete shipping addresses while you are in this step of the checkout process.

Step 3: Shipping and Packaging
After entering the "Ship To" addresses, you can select a shipment method for your order. Delivery charges will be applied to your order according to your shipping method selection. Standard packaging includes tissue paper wrapping and a standard shipping box. beautybrands.com also offers gift packaging for your convenience - the item is wrapped in tissue paper and placed in our signature metalllic silver gift box tied with white satin ribbon for $4 per item.

Step 4: Payment Information
You can use your credit or debit card for your beautybrands.com purchase. During this step in the checkout process, you can add, edit or delete your information. Select one credit or debit card for the payment of your order.

You can use your gift card toward the purchase of your order. To redeem, simply enter the 13 or 17 digit gift card number located on the back of your gift card in the upper right hand corner. Remaining balances on your gift card will be stored and can be used toward a later purchase.



Only one promotional code can be used with each order. Promotional codes cannot be combined or redeemed for cash or credit. If you have a coupon or promotional code, you can enter the code at this time. The promotion will appear automatically in your shopping bag on the Order Confirm page.

Step 5: Confirm and Submit Order
Make sure to check that your order information is correct, especially the shipping and billing addresses. If you want to change your order or any of the shipping or billing information, go back to previous steps by clicking on any of the steps displayed on the top of the ordering pages. If you decide not to place your order, you can cancel your order at this time. To place your order, click "Submit Order."

Step 6: Order Confirmation
Shortly after you have successfully placed your order with beautybrands.com, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your recent order. The order confirmation email is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation email includes your order number, the details of the products and corresponding prices, any promotional coupon or gift cards, your “Ship To” and “Bill To” information, and the shipping method.

We will process and ship your order within 1–2 business days. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email that includes a FedEx tracking number and link so you can track your order status. Your FedEx tracking information can also be found in "my account" under "Order History". Please note that for gift card orders sent via standard USPS Mail, there will not be any tracking information.

Placing Telephone Orders

You can order with ease by calling our toll-free number, 1-877-640-2248, from 8 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday CST (except holidays) to place your order with a Customer Service Representative. When you place a telephone order, the shipping costs and delivery schedule are the same as our online shipping costs and delivery schedule. If you are having trouble placing your order on our website, please feel free to place a telephone order.

Payment Information

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit or debit cards as payment.

If you don’t have a credit or debit card, you can send your Wish List to someone who does. You can also visit a beauty brands location near you.

For your own security and protection, beautybrands.com will authorize the full amount of your purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping fees at the time you place your order. beautybrands.com will collect payment (charge your account) only when the order is shipped from our warehouse.

Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any information is different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names, and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how the information appears on your statement.

Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.

For your security, beautybrands.com requires you to enter your 3- or 4-digit card identification number (CID/CVN/CVV/CVC) for orders using Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Promotions and Coupon Codes

Promotions

beauty brands offers promotions through emails, catalog mailers and advertisements that include coupon codes for offers.

Coupon Codes

There may be specific alphanumeric coupon codes associated with beauty brands promotions that you can use to redeem the promotions. There may be a minimum merchandise purchase requirement (taxes and shipping are excluded). Please note that gift cards are not considered merchandise and do not count toward the minimum purchase requirement. Enter the code in its entirety in the coupon code field on the payment information page during the checkout process. beauty brands coupon codes are not case sensitive. You will see the promotion reflected in your shopping bag on the order confirmation page. For more details about a specific promotion, you can click on the description link that is provided in your shopping bag. All coupon codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last, and cannot be used once expired. These promotions are not redeemable for cash and are limited to one promotion per order, and in some cases, promotions can only be redeemed once per customer. Excessive abuse or misuse of coupon codes may result in order or item cancellation. beauty brands may restrict redemption of promotions and offers to one per customer.

Store Promotions

beauty brands offers the convenience of shopping online at beautybrands.com and at our beauty brands locations in the United States. beauty brands locations may offer special promotions that may not be available online.

Gift Packaging

beautybrands.com offers gift boxes for your convenience. Items are wrapped in tissue paper and placed in our signature metallic silver gift box tied with white satin ribbon for $4 per item. You can choose to send a gift card with our signature metallic silver pop-up gift card box for $4 per item.

We offer per-item gift box services. The item is packaged according to size and is enclosed in one gift box. Gift boxes cannot be returned for cash or merchandise credit.

Gift Boxes

You may order gift boxes by clicking on Gift Services on the Shipping Method page during checkout. Click the appropriate box to the right of each item in your shopping bag on the following shipping method page during checkout. Please note that charges will be reflected in your order total during checkout.

Sales Tax

beautybrands.com has an obligation to collect sales tax in those states in which we are licensed to do business. Sales tax is calculated using the tax rate of the state to which the product is being shipped.

beautybrands.com charges sales tax on orders delivered to the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma and Texas.

If for any reason you believe you are exempt from paying sales tax, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-640-2248 and we will personally assist you with the processing of your order.

Order Confirmation Email

Shortly after you have successfully placed your order with beautybrands.com, you will receive an email that contains information regarding your recent order. The order confirmation email is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation email includes your order number, the details of the products and corresponding prices, any promotional coupon or gift cards, your ”Ship To” and “Bill To” information, and the shipping method.

You can always check your order status by clicking "my account" located at the top of every page on our website. After signing in, your most recent order status will appear on the "Order History" page.

Shipping Confirmation Email

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email that includes a FedEx tracking number and link so you can track your order status. Your FedEx tracking information can also be found in “my account” under "Order History".

Order Status and History

You can track the status of your order online at beautybrands.com. Click "my account" and sign in to check the status of your most recent order and your "Order History". Click on the order number for the shipment that you would like to track and a detailed order information page will be displayed. A tracking number is located to the right of the "Ship To" address and under the shipping method. Click on this number to view detailed tracking information on the FedEx website. You can review the tracking history and the estimated date of delivery.

Email Subscriptions

Sign up to receive email updates from beautybrands.com. You’ll be the first to know about new products, the latest tips and trends from our beauty brands pros, and exclusive sales and promotions — just by signing up in the email subscription area.

beautybrands.com requires you to provide an email address with each order you place. This is necessary so that we can provide you with correspondence about your order.

To remove your email address from the beautybrands.com mailing list, click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email or simply click here. For your convenience, this does not affect your receipt of email correspondence about your orders.

Changing or Canceling Orders

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping bag. Once your order has been submitted successfully, it immediately goes to the warehouse to be fulfilled to ensure a quick delivery. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify your order. However, you may return any item in your order for any reason within 60 days of purchase.

Billing Questions

For your own security and protection, beautybrands.com will authorize the full amount of your purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping fees at the time you place your order. beautybrands.com will charge your credit card or debit card account at the time the order is shipped from our warehouse.

The beautybrands.com charge will be listed on your credit card or debit card bill as beautybrands.com along with the total amount charged.

Returns

Return Process — Purchases from beautybrands.com

If for any reason your purchase from beautybrands.com does not completely satisfy you, you may return any item to us via FedEx using the Merchandise Return Label that we provided in your shipment to the following address:

  • Please return any unsatisfactory item to us within 60 days of your receipt.
  • Please send the returned item in its original packaging and components.
  • You must include a copy of the packing invoice that accompanied the item when you received it. Please circle the item you are returning on the packing invoice and select an appropriate reason code for the return.
  • Do not return the product to us via air shipment. Aerosol products in pressurized containers and products containing certain chemicals are restricted to ground shipping service.
  • We will confirm our receipt of the return via email once we have processed the return.
  • Within 30 days of our receipt of your returned item that is accompanied by a copy of the packing invoice, we will process a credit to the credit card, debit card or gift card that was used to purchase the item. In the case of returned gifts, you will need to note on the packing invoice copy that you need to be issued a new gift card or a check refund for the amount of the return. Please provide your address to ensure that you can receive your gift card or check. Note that shipping charges are your responsibility and will not be refunded when the return is processed unless the item was shipped to you in error, in which case we will refund those charges as well.
  • If you have misplaced your Merchandise Return Label, you can return the item(s) to us using the ground shipper of your choice to the address listed above. Be sure to include your properly completed packing invoice with your shipment.

Return Process — Purchases from beauty brands locations

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your beauty brands purchase, you may exchange or return the item within 60 days of purchase. The item must be accompanied by the receipt and include all original packaging and components. All exchanges and returns will be processed based upon the original method of payment. Additionally, if the original purchase was made with a credit or debit card, the card that was used for the original purchase must be available. A beauty brands associate will be happy to help you find a product that better suits your needs or provide you with a refund.

For your convenience, beautybrands.com offers you an easy way to manage your personal information, email address, password, order history, Wish List and billing information. To create an account, click "my account" and enter your email address and select a password, then click “create an account”.
