SHIPPING OPTIONS AND DELIVERY TIME
beautybrands.com offers Standard Delivery and express shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders. Our standard shipping options are UPS Ground & SurePost. Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over $70.
OVERWEIGHT SHIPPING SURCHARGES
Beginning January 11, 2022, a standard fee of $0.48 will be added to every overweight item that is purchased on beautybrands.com. This fee covers a portion of what Beauty Brands is charged by UPS to deliver overweight items. These charges will be noted in the shopping cart for those items to which they apply.

Business Days: Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Sandard Delivery, Select Delivery and Expedited Delivery: Orders must be placed by 12 p.m. CST to be processed on the same business day.

Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by the end of Monday. All expedited priority orders must be placed by 12 p.m. CST to be processed on the same business day. If placed after this, your order will be processed the following business day.

Times may vary based on outside factors such as sales promotions, weather, natural disasters, etc.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT), including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, nail polish, etc.), are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, we recommend Standard Delivery at $7.95. For P.O. Box addresses, Standard Shipping is the only shipping method available.

SHIPPING POLICIES

We can accept orders anytime, 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Orders placed at beautybrands.com will be processed (pending credit card or debit card approval) and shipped within one (1) to two (2) business days.

Standard shipments for orders within the continental United States are shipped by UPS Home Delivery and will arrive within four (4) to six (6) business days of order placement (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

  • Orders shipping to a P.O. Box address will be delivered by UPS SurePost arriving within 5-8 business days. We cannot express ship to a P.O. Box.
  • Orders shipping to APO or FPO addresses could take up to 14 days. Orders will be delivered by UPS SurePost. We cannot express ship to APO or FPO.
  • Express shipment requires the same processing time as a regular order but is shipped faster.
  • Express shipments will arrive within one (1) to four (4) business days from when your order ships (Monday through Friday, not including holidays and weekends) via UPS. Express orders placed Friday after 12:00 p.m. CST will not be processed until the following Monday.
  • beautybrands.com currently ships only to states in the continental United States and APO and FPO addresses.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email that includes a UPS tracking number and link so you can track your order status. Your UPS tracking information can also be found in "MY ACCOUNT" under "ORDER HISTORY".
