You must register at beautybrands.com to make an online purchase and to maintain a personal account on the website. Registration allows you to be enrolled in our take 10®
program where you can earn rewards with every product purchase.
We are dedicated to keeping your information secure and private for your peace of mind when registering.
Registration allows you to quickly and easily monitor the status of your orders as well as view your order history.
You may enter many shipping addresses in your profile, but it is important for verification purposes that your name and billing address be entered exactly as maintained on your credit card account.
You must be 13 years of age or older to register.
beautybrands.com has implemented Secure Socket Layer technology — one of the most robust encryption platforms available.
Your credit card or debit card information will be encrypted from the moment you enter it. A browser in secure mode will display a URL address beginning "https://" rather than the standard "http://." The "s" stands for "secure."
beautybrands.com values our customers and respects their privacy. Customer information is collected in an effort to improve your online experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, contests and promotions. beautybrands.com only communicates with you in regard to an order placed or if you register to be notified of special deals, or enter a contest or promotion on our website. We do not share, trade or sell your information to anyone outside of beautybrands.com without your prior consent.
beautybrands.com has an obligation to collect sales tax in those states in which we are licensed to do business. Sales tax is calculated using the tax rate of the state to which the product is being shipped.
beautybrands.com charges sales tax on orders delivered to the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma and Texas.
If for any reason you believe you are exempt from paying sales tax, please contact Customer Service at 1-877-640-2248 and we will personally assist you with the processing of your order. At the time you call, please have all sales tax exemption information available.
Return Process — Purchases from beautybrands.com
If for any reason your purchase from beautybrands.com does not completely satisfy you, you may return any item to us via FedEx using a Merchandise Return Label to the following address:

- Please return the returned item in its original packaging.
- You must include a copy of the packing slip that accompanied the item when you received it. Please circle the item you are returning on the packing invoice and select an appropriate reason code for the return.
- Do not send the product to us via air shipment. Aerosol products in pressurized containers and products containing certain chemicals are restricted to ground shipping service.
- We will confirm our receipt of the return via email once we have processed the return.
- Within 30 days of our receipt of your returned item that is accompanied by a copy of the packing invoice, we will process a credit to the credit card, debit card or gift card that was used to purchase the item. In the case of returned gifts, you will need to note on the packing invoice copy that you need to be issued a new gift card or a check refund for the amount of the return. Please provide your address to ensure that you can receive your gift card or check. Note that shipping charges are your responsibility and will not be refunded when the return is processed unless the item was shipped to you in error, in which case we will refund those charges
Return Process — Purchases from beauty brands locations
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your beauty brands purchase, you may exchange or return the item within 60 days of purchase. The item must be accompanied by the receipt and include all original packaging and components. All exchanges and returns will be processed based upon the original method of payment. Additionally, if the original purchase was made with a credit or debit card, the card that was used for the original purchase must be available. A beauty brands associate will be happy to help you find a product that better suits your needs or provide you with a refund.
We can accept orders anytime, 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Orders placed at beautybrands.com will be processed (pending credit card or debit card approval) and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Standard shipments for orders within the continental United States are shipped by FedEx Standard Ground and will arrive within 4–6 business days of order placement (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
- Orders shipping to a P.O. Box address will be delivered by FedEx SmartPost arriving within 5-8 business days. We cannot express ship to a P.O. Box.
- Orders to APO or FPO addresses could take up to 14 days. Orders will be delivered by FedEx SmartPost. We cannot express ship to APO or FPO.
- Express shipment requires the same processing time as a regular order but is shipped faster.
- Express shipments will arrive within 1–4 business days of order placement (Monday through Friday, not including holidays and weekends) via FedEx. Express orders placed Friday after 12:00 p.m. CST will not be processed until the following Monday.
- beautybrands.com currently ships only to states in the continental U.S. and APO and FPO addresses.
When you provide a valid email address with your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been accepted and also when it has been shipped. Additionally, you will receive an email notification if there are any cancellations to your order. If an item is out of stock, you can always use the "Store Locator" to search your local area for a beauty brands location to find your product.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email that includes a FedEx tracking number and link so you can easily track your order status. Your FedEx tracking information can also be found in "my account" under "Order History".
Changing or Canceling Orders
Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your Shopping Bag. Once your order has been submitted successfully, it immediately goes to the warehouse to be fulfilled to ensure a quick delivery. As a result, we are unable to cancel or modify your order. However, you may return any item in your order for any reason within 60 days of purchase. Check our Return Policy for all the details.

Governing Law; Arbitration

The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation or an offer to sell. beautybrands.com reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity of any item and/or refuse service to any customer for any reason not prohibited by law. Orders shall be deemed accepted upon your acceptance of the terms of the invoice issued with the product delivered to you.
