We've missed you and want you to be the first to know that we have opened all locations for retail shopping and Salon & Spa services. Associates will be available at all locations to take your call and get you scheduled for your much needed Salon & Spa services. Please be patient with us, in most cases our capacity is being limited when we re-open, but we will be sure to get a time scheduled that works for you! As we've continued to navigate the unprecedented Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis, we've kept safety top of mind.
During our temporary closure we have worked hard to enhance health and safety measures to protect our associates and you, our valued customers. We've installed new processes and protocols, acquired necessary safety equipment and educated our associates on how to safely serve you. We are also continuing to monitor the ongoing changes at a national and local level as each community begins to adopt new guidelines for conducting business.
Below please find our new safety measures:
-Each location will be practicing social distancing and adhering to local occupancy & distancing requirements.
-All associates and customers will be required to wear a mask while working, shopping or receiving services in our locations. Customers should bring their own mask.
-We will be using a thermometer wand to take temperatures of our associates prior to and during their shifts. Anyone with a temperature will be required to leave work immediately, and we will follow the CDC guidelines regarding their return.
-We will be using a thermometer wand to take the temperature of all service clients prior to entering our salon and spa. Anyone with a temperature will be asked to reschedule their appointment at another time according to CDC guidelines.
-Service clients will be asked questions regarding the following common symptoms when booking their appointment and again before their appointment begins:
1. Have you had a cough?
2. Have you had a fever?
3. Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms within the last 14 days?
4. Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined?
5. Have you been tested or are awaiting test results for COVID-19?
-We have temporarily disabled scheduling appointments online to ensure we are following social distancing rules. Please call your Salon & Spa location to book your appointment.
-Service clients may check-in for their appointments by calling the location from their car, and will be notified once their salon professional is ready and the area is properly sanitized.
-Additional guests during a service will not be permitted, however, minors or customers requiring a caregiver will be allowed an additional guest.
-Sanitizer will placed throughout multiple locations in the store and salon & spa readily available for use for customers and associates.
-Additional sanitization and cleansing protocol will be implemented to ensure regularly touched surfaces are cleansed and sanitized frequently throughout the day. Every salon station, room, service area, etc. will be fully sanitized between each guest.
-Magazines will be removed from the waiting areas and complimentary drinks will be discontinued at this time. A canned soda may be available upon request.
-We will, as always, continue to follow State Board sanitization practices in our Salon & Spas.
-We will, as always, continue to follow State Board regulations to use a new cape with every customer.
-Exclusive at-risk shoppers time; 65+ years and those with compromised immune systems will have an exclusive retail shopping time from 8:00a to 9:00a, Monday - Friday beginning the date in which the location's salon & spa re-opens.
-We will follow local municipality regulations in every location, this may result in services & hours varying by location.
-If you're not yet comfortable with shopping in-store, beautybrands.com is always open 24/7 for all your beauty needs. Our distribution center is also taking precautions to ensure your online orders are filled and shipped in a safe environment.
