As we've continued to navigate the unprecedented Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close all of our Beauty Brands locations until further notice.

We believe it is in the best interest for the safety and well-being of our customers, associates, family members, and communities to temporarily close at this time. We promise to stay in touch to ensure you will know when we reopen. We hope to be able to provide you with the beauty products and services you love very soon!

As we continue to navigate the unprecedented Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis, we are doing our best to ensure the health and safety of our Beauty Brands family. At the same time, we are also sensitive to the financial well-being of our associates as well as the needs of our valued clients. Consequently, we have decided to reduce our store hours in order to perform additional cleaning and sanitization.

- Effective March 19, all Beauty Brands locations will be open every day from 10 am - 6 pm until further notice.

As a reminder, if you are feeling unwell or anyone you know is feeling unwell please delay your visit and follow all CDC guidelines. If you have services scheduled it is imperative that you cancel your appointment(s) at our Salon & Spa, by either calling your local beauty brands store or emailing us at customerservice@beautybrands.com.

A message from our CEO, David Bernstein regarding the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)

To Our valued Beauty Brands customers,

The health and safety of our Beauty Brands staff, customers and clients will always come first, and we are following precautions to ensure that is our top priority as we continue to monitor the developments of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). We want to share the steps we are taking as a company to serve you during this time.

We are committed to taking preventative safety measures so that our Beauty Brands stores may remain open for you to shop and experience the exceptional beauty services, products and customer experiences you know and love.

In addition to our standard hourly cleaning procedures, our Salon Professionals have been trained to take additional steps to clean, sanitize and disinfect all areas of our stores including frequently touched surfaces, restrooms and supplies.

We are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 situation to provide all Beauty Brands employees the latest recommended health & safety habits advised by the CDC, including..
- washing hands with soap and water for 20 seconds hourly
- avoiding touching of the face
- advising all associates to stay home if feeling unwell or if someone they live with is feeling unwell

We have increased the accessibility of approved cleansing products, hand sanitizers and disinfecting products to make all of these efforts possible. In addition, we encourage customers to reschedule their Salon & Spa appointments for a later time period if they are feeling unwell or if someone they are living with is feeling unwell.

All Beauty Brands locations will remain open for shopping and Salon & Spa services as usual at this time with these additional safety measures. We will be sure to update you if there are any changes as this unprecedented situation evolves. We are always here to serve you at beautybrands.com for additional shopping and customer service needs.
