Directions
Add several drops to a diffuser or for topical application, dilute and massage into chest or bottoms of feet.

Dilute 1 drop in 2 tsp carrier oil for children 6 months - 2 yrs;
Dilute 1-3 drops in carrier oil for children ages 2 - 5 yrs;
Dilute 3-4 drops in carrier oil for adults or children over 5 yrs.
